Turn Your Eyes
The Ladies’ Bible Study groups invite all women (18 and up) to an inductive 8-Week Study on the Psalms.
The Bible calls us to turn our eyes to Christ, allowing his presence to transform our lives. But amid our busy routines, constant distractions, and the pull of worldly temptations, it can be easy to lose sight of him. The Psalms offer a powerful and practical means of connecting with God. These ancient prayers and songs give voice to our emotions, allowing us to praise God for his grace and faithfulness, no matter our current circumstances.
Books will be distributed at the first class. Please email ladies@firstcolonybible.org for any questions.
7:15 pm* – Adult Bible Study

This fall, our Wednesday evening study will walk through Paul’s letter to the Colossians, a brief but magnificent book centered on the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ.
Colossians lifts our eyes to see who Christ is: the image of the invisible God, the Creator and Sustainer of all things, the Head of the church, and the One in whom all the fullness of God dwells.
Come ready to read, reflect, discuss, and be strengthened as we consider the riches of Christ and the life that flows from Him.
“He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
Colossians 1:17

This fall, our Sunday School class will walk through Paul’s letter to the Philippians, a warm and deeply practical book written from prison to a church Paul loved.
Philippians teaches us that Christian joy is not shallow optimism or denial of hardship. It is the settled confidence that Christ is near, Christ is sufficient, and Christ is at work among His people.
Come ready to read, reflect, discuss, and be encouraged as we listen together to this short but powerful letter.
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.”
Philippians 4:4

“Image of God”
The Image of God is a 6-session video curriculum that equips believers and churches to build a biblical foundation for a whole-life, pro-life worldview.
