The following men presently serve on our Elder board:


Ken Bowman

Ken works for Chevron as a Business Analyst. He is a graduate of San Francisco State University. He is a devoted husband to Jennifer and father to their two sons. Ken loves to work with kids and is involved with the Kid’s Bible Club ministry at First Colony Bible Chapel and Sandy Creek Bible Camp. He enjoys playing baseball, tennis, golf and swimming.

Ron Brown

Ron recently retired from Dresser-Rand Corporation, where he served as a global account manager. Ron and his wife Carol have two grown children, a son and a daughter, and five grandchildren. Ron enjoys music, particularly flute and singing.

 Mike Levy

Mike is retired from York International, now Johnson Controls, where he was Regional Director of Service Operations. He is a graduate of LSU, enjoys watching sports, especially football, and enjoys playing golf. He is married to his best friend, Marianne. They have three sons and three grandchildren.

Dick Nohr

Dick is retired from Conoco/Phillips where he was a Chemical Engineer and retired as a Marketing Manager. He is married to Barbara and they have three grown children, two daughters and a son, as well as nine grandchildren. Dick is a sports enthusiast, whether he is watching sports or playing golf. He also likes to travel and dig into the history of those places, especially where biblical events took place or artifacts from biblical sites are exhibited.

Pavan Rajagopal

Originally from Canada, Pavan grew up as a Hindu but was saved by the Lord in college. He has been involved in children’s ministry, including camp work, and is presently an adult Sunday School teacher at FCBC. He and his wife Sobana are the proud parents of Abigail, Olivia, and Ezra. Pavan currently works as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer on the NASA Commercial Crew program. Pavan served as a deacon before becoming an elder.

Pastor John Tillery

Dr. John Tillery recently joined FCBC as our pastor after retiring from the United States Air Force having spent 20 years as a Chaplain. John attended Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM), Boston University (STM), Air University (MMOAS), and received his doctorate from Oblate School of Theology.  He and his wife, Barbara, are the proud parents of three daughters and nine grandchildren.
